I ordered a laser printer online with RELIANCE DIGITAL with option of ** Hours express delivery. Even after ** Hours, there is no delivery of the ordered material and No courtesy call from reliance team. addition to this, No way to reach the customer care since the contact numbers provided in their website is not related or not working. Looks very strange that a reputed company don't have support service. I send mails yo CS head and CEO today. Appreciate some one help me to provide correct contact details so that I can cancel my order and get back the refund amount quickly. There is way to cancel the order online even though there as a provision. Thanks in advance.
