As per TRAI rules and regulations, D*H user can select the TV channels from their own wish and pay to the concerned DTH operators/service provider, rather than the boundation to take full and prefixed packages. To do so, I have to log in to the website or mobile app, but I'm facing continuous problem while making login attempts. Unable to fetch new password, also OTP received from Videocon D*H is not working when OTP or password is being entered at the login page.
Submission: I'm unable to login to Videocon d*h website and mobile app, and unable to choose the monthly plan as per my wish tv channels.
