NMAT by GMAC - Unable to book an NMAT exam slot even after paying the exam fee and no response to queries

I had registered for NMAT by GMAC on **st January and paid the exam fee. I kept checking for the exam booking slot facility but it wasn't enabled that day. Since the exam delivery window was to start from *nd Feb so I continued to check for the booking facility till today, but it was never enabled. I had additionally applied for a college on the basis of this exam which cost me another **** bucks and now I'm unable to take the exam. Besides I have been trying to reach the NMAT customer support since * hours now., there is absolutely no response from their end either on call or on mail.
