NMAT by GMAC - Server Error from the end of examity

My exam was scheduled on **th Jan, **** at *pm in online proctored mode. i was present at *:** sharp and i was trying to connect, disabled the pop-up blocker as they told me but still i was not able to connect. Now, my scorecard has been released with no show. I even contacted the expert and had a chat with him. i was trying to connect with the proctor but it kept saying server error. I tried to place a call but the number was switched off.
Now my scorecard is released with no show. It kept saying system check and I even downloaded the Nmat browser and installed it again and again. it kept saying system error.
