NMAT by GMAC - Failure to reschedule my online proctored exam

I had NMAT Online Proctored Test on **th November ****.But the invigilator did not give me the green signal to continue with the exam as my internet speed was “supposedly”fluctuating as they came to that conclusion by running a speed test.Now,I am using a Jio fiver connection *** MBPS and I have already given few online proctored exams before and I did not face any problem at all.Here,invigilator asked to me to not give the exam.I told her multiple number of times that I wish yo take the exam here and now.She told me that once I start the exam,then I would not be eligible to reschedule it at all.She adviced me to contact the NMAT team and they will definitely help to reschedule the exam as it is a genuine problem and she assured me that I will be given a date with no further issues.The issue was duly noted by her and informed me that she will be communicating the same with the team. Later,I had contacted the GMAC and yo my surprise they sent me a mail Will false information -“Since you disconnected multiple number of times while taking the exam,we are sorry to help.”I was taken aback.Firstly,I had not even taken the exam as I not given a green signal.Secondly,they are not ready to pay heed to any of my concerns and even failed to provide their contact details as they wish to only email as it would be easy for them to chuck the candidates’ concerns quite easily. This a typical example of extorting hard earned money from candidates,who are treated like sheep’s waiting to be slaughtered.This is unacceptable.
