NMAT by GMAC - Failure in conducting home proctored exam

My NMAT exam was scheduled for *nd Feb **** ,**:**P.M.
I showed up on time and connected to the proctor. But due to some technical glitch she was not able to hear me clearly. She requested me to re connect and I did the same. But the problem prevailed. At last the proctor requested me to reschedule the exam and assured that she would not mention "No show" in the exam status. But today on *rd feb **** I have got my exam results by status "No show". I am also not able to re schedule my home proctored exam as it shows that the date has expired.My money seems to be wasted. Kindly help me out and refund my fee. I would be waiting for the response from you.
