Madhusudan Mohapatra filed complaint against NMAT by GMAC on Jan 31, 2021
I have paid NMAT retake fees but they never added new slots in Bhubaneswar. I kept on checking everyday and sent them multiple mails but they replied with same message-"slots are available on first come first serve basis. Now they have disabled the retake option all of a sudden. When I called NMAT,they told me that they'd book from their side but they've not done till date.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
