Punit filed complaint against Ajio on Feb 17, 2026
I ordered * jeans from the Snitch company. When I received the order, the packet was temporarily stuck/taped (or looked sealed temporarily), but I complained to Ajio that the order packet was torn/damaged. Now they are not accepting it and saying the packet was not torn. They are claiming that I myself said the order was not torn/damaged, and they are directly putting the blame on me.
I contacted Ajio via Gmail and sent them the photos, but they gave the same reply saying the order packet was not torn, so it's not possible for anything to be missing. But I am telling them the packet arrived torn/damaged.
Please help — the Ajio team is putting the blame on the customer. I made a prepaid payment and they are taking advantage of that
