Tvs Motor Company Limited - TVS Star city plus is lying in Service Centre

My Vehicle is TVS Star city plus,Vehicle no. MH.**.MW.**** purchased on **.**.****
Complaints from beginning are.......
*) Delivered motorcycle without connecting speedometer from Hermes showroom, Thane west, Maharashtra.
*) Noticed and felt *nd problem of Idle engine speed more. Resulting less mileage and running vehicle without giving accelerator. Highlighted this to Hermes Service centre when *st service. But they told it is not possible to reduce idle engine speed and left side mirror they didn’t attended the loosen from its handle.
*) On **nd Dec, my vehicle was not getting switch on (No display, No starting ). Complained to RSA , they sent one boy alongwith battery and started motorcycle and asked me to run engine for * hr and go for replacing faulty battery in nearby service center. (He told that problem in battery ).

Europe *rd party service personnel took away my motorcycle same day to unknown service centre. Next day on **rd, no intimation received till * p.m. from the service centre where my bike received for replacing faulty battery.
Searched by some ways to where Europa took and dropped my vehicle, finally found vehicle in Supreme Galaxy Service centre, Thane, Maharashtra.
Now they asking me what is the problem with your bike.

From RSA to Europa well known the problem in bike. But Supreme Galaxy Service Center kept on hold my bike unattended.

My mental tension increased because of money paid for this and bike giving this much of troubles/problems within couple of months. But my vehicle kept on hold for shortage of battery.

Today is *th day, my bike is still lying in Supreme Galaxy Service Centre, Thane, Maharashtra, for just for replacing faulty battery. Today they said it will take another ** days to replace faulty battery. This is pure we can say that TVS Motors and their all *rd party are killing, cheating, sucking blood  and stealing money of customers.
I am mentally disturbed due to money loss in purchased this low quality motorcycle and spending money in traveling to my job and personal work by private vehicles.

Required cost of motorcycle's money refund with other losses.
