On **-**-**** (Saturday), I gave the vehicle for paid service at Hemanth Motors. During service, Hemanth Motors not noticed the battery issue
* On **-**-****, while returning home, the battery failed completely. I struggled to reach home by **:** PM that night.
* On **-**-****, took the vehicle back to Hemanth Motors. They informed me that the battery is dead and must be replaced. However, they also stated that the battery is out of stock and may only be available on **-**-****, asking to return on **-**-****.
This leaves me without transport for six days, with no alternative solution offered. Since purchase, I have faced repeated problems with this vehicle, and this latest incident highlights serious reliability issues.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
