HI,
On January **th, I purchased a Jupiter *** and paid for the **** model. However, I was delivered a **** model. During registration, I discovered the discrepancy and contacted the sales manager. Based on my complaint, the vehicle was replaced on February *th, and the odometer was changed.
Since then, the registration for the replaced vehicle has not been initiated. I have raised multiple tickets with customer care, visited the showroom several times, and followed up repeatedly over the past ** days. Despite all these efforts, there has been no progress, and I still do not see any registration details for the replaced vehicle.
This repeated delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I therefore request a full refund of the amount paid. I do not wish to waste any more time on this matter. The service I have experienced is the worst I have encountered, and I cannot recommend your dealership.
I expect an immediate resolution.
