Tvs Motor Company Limited - Manufacturing defect

*. Vehicle Details:
I purchased a TVS Jupiter *** (Blue Dawn) bearing Registration No. AP**EL**** in November **** for the purpose of daily commute.

*. Persistent Mechanical Failures:
Despite the vehicle being almost new (driven only approx. *,***–*,*** km), it has suffered from severe and recurring mechanical failures. Major components including the Crank, Cylinder Bore, Clutch Kit, Timing Chain, Belt, and Gaskets have already required replacement. Furthermore, there is a persistent Silencer Leakage issue.

*. Manufacturing Defect:
The fact that a new vehicle requires a complete engine-level overhaul (Crank and Cylinder Bore replacement) within the first year clearly indicates a manufacturing defect and a total failure of quality control by TVS Motor Company.

*. Loss and Agony:
I have suffered immense mental agony, financial loss, and physical inconvenience due to the frequent breakdowns of this vehicle. The safety of the rider is also at risk due to these engine-related defects.

*. Deficiency in Service:
Despite multiple repair attempts by your authorized service center, the vehicle fails to perform like a new scooter, and its resale value has been significantly diminished.
