Tvs Motor Company Limited - Complaint Regarding PostService Vehicle Issues and Unjustified Charges for Damaged Parts

I am writing to formally address several issues with my vehicle following a recent service at Suryapratap Automobiles (TVS Service Center), KR Puram Extension Road, Bangalore, on **-**-****. These issues have not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in charges for parts that were not damaged prior to the service.
Pre-Service Issues (Before **-**-****):
*. Bike Starting Issue: The self-start was not working, and the bike would jerk while running. The service center replaced the battery, which resolved the issue.
*. Engine Check Light: After a previous service on **-**-****, the engine check light remained on. The service center informed me that the O* sensor needed replacement, which I suspect was caused by an open circuit during silencer coating and exhaust installation — a task that required the O* sensor to be touched during the service.
Post-Service Issues (After **-**-****):
*. Speedometer Malfunction: The speedometer, which was working perfectly fine before the service, is not functioning while checking the vehicle during trial run post-service.
*. Gear Shifting Issue: I was unable to engage neutral from *st gear (worked fine from *nd gear). This issue was addressed during the service.
Concerns:
Suryapratap Automobiles is now asking me to pay for the replacement of the O* sensor and speedometer sensor, claiming they are damaged independently. However, these issues only appeared after the service was completed. I believe these problems are a direct result of the service performed, especially considering the O* sensor was involved during the earlier service and the speedometer malfunctioned immediately after the trial run.
Request for Immediate Action:
Given the timeline and the circumstances, I request an immediate investigation into the matter and a resolution at no additional cost to me. These problems arose due to the service provided, and I do not believe I should bear the financial responsibility for parts that were not faulty before.
