Maksudur Rahaman filed complaint against Thomson on Mar 26, 2019
I bought Thomson R* **cm tv from Flipkart on *th November. The tv worked fine for * months until on the **th of February it abruptly shut down. I complained about it to Flipkart and Thomson but no actions have been taken till date. Whenever I call the customer executive of Thomson, they say just me to wait and keep patience. It's been more than *.* months. How long should I wait? I never had such a bad after sales service experience. Please help me out with this.

I have a *-year warranty from Thomson itself and an extended *-year warranty by Flipkart. I am also attaching the invoice of my order. Please help me out with this.
