Thomson - Denying after sales service

I have contacted customer care of thomson washing machine for resolving an issue with my washing machine. Until now no communication was done other than a confirmation email. No technicians assigned, no calls, no service provided. Such a pathetic way they respond to complaints and denying me basic after sales service which comes with warranty.
