Thomson - Newly bought Thomson Tv is not turning on

I have purchased a Thomson LED TV from Flipkart on March * . It was not working properly and not even turning on most of the times. I registered a complaint and was in touch with the customer care support. They said that the replacement request is approved from thomson side and I need to connect with Flipkart. When I contacted Flipkart, they said there is nothing to do from Flipkart side, everything has to be done from brand side only. These two companies are saying to contact one another and I am left with no solution and it has been around ** days since I raised the complaint
