My **OPMAX**** Flipkart order no: OD****************** -Thomson TV ** inches smart TV purchased in Flipkart, I started facing the sound and display issues start from April **** which I complained then.In May they said they will be replacing the TV and one fine day I got a call from service centre saying TV will be replaced on that day,but it was never done and they stopped picking the calls after a ** days continuous calls using different numbers finally they answered my call and said that the product is out of stock and donno when it will be back again I was told that wrong model was received so they had to send it back and they stopped picking the calls after that.
Whenever you send emails they will take ages to respond and when you call them they will keep you on hold for so long and then they will disconnect and finally they tell you to wait *-** days standard dialogue for * months..such harrassing situation I am still in,where no resolution after * months..when I called up Flipkart they also said they won't help anymore and they sent me to back to Thomson which of no use..Am just stuck with no help at all from both Thomson and Flipkart for purchasing this TV from them..donno what to do
