Jeeves.co.in - TV not repaired under warranty

I purchased two vu led tv from flipkart and after a year flipkart suggested extended warranty from Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd. which I bought for both the tv. After around * months of purchasing extended warranty one of the tv (** inch) is not working. When I registered complaint on Jeeves, they told me that they can not repair it and will refund only ****rs (original cost price is *****). They are applying **% depreciation on purchase price instead of product price. However, while purchasing warranty product price was considered as per their convenience. New Tv is of *****rs, so I have to pay ****rs extra. Amount paid for extended warranty is also loss to me in this case, making total loss of ****.
When I highlighted the issue, they are not even replying to me. Attached invoice of both Tv and warranty.
