I have a TV Samsung QLED ** INCH TV and stopped working suddenly with TV Blinking in middle and it was regular for every * ins, not able to watch TV and TV suddenly reboots it self and stops all of sudden. I have raised a complaint last year **** Oct and had paid a insurance of **,***, based on that they have replaced all parts but no use still the problem exists and now my insurance time is expired and Samsung is saying they have one year warranty period but from last ear i am facing issue no TV and while family is suffering lock-down and should not go out and even TV is not working. When i purchase a TV cost of *.* lakh and unable to watch TV wat's the use. Still now no use i have given so many complaints in head office and they are coming and replacing and not able to solve problem even i have made so many calls no one responds.lease give me justification or get new TV or give me amount back
