I’m trying to cancel my ticket from redbus app from so long . But the option is not getting displayed.. I was trying to cancel it from so long before the boarding time . The board is of * pm I was trying to cancel from before ** am .. Even tried to contact red bus costomer care but it is just ivr calls and they are not forwarding it to any executive.. also tried to contact hans travels and no resolution they are just saying to contact red bus.. I’m fed up and don’t want to waste my ***** rupees.. please do help
