Videocon D2h - tripple charging for reallocation of dish by Videocon D2h

I have raised complaint to d*h on ** may ** for tripple charging for reallocation of my dish from one wall to another wall at same location, i was told to pay *** rs as charges which I paid in cash, later ***+ *** =*** rs where deducted from my dh* recharge, I have raised raised complaint ********* and many complaints subsequently as the call center rejected to work on request raised sometimes saying it is closed sometimes other reason. Also the call center transfer it to their seniors, which has very long wait time sometimes more than ** min. The issue is not yet been resolved they fail to resolve the issue and started wrong practice to fool customer by not providing correct information, they provided nodel executive number which is not functional. It is extremely challenging to get my TV started since long time
