I transferred the ACT from Chennai to Bangalore during March ****. The Transfer amount of nearly around *months is not transferred to my bangalore account. The person from ACT bangalore assured me to that the amount will be carry forward to the bangalore account once you get the new connection. But after getting the New connection, the person was not responding and I lost around *months money. Now due to my Personal reason, i again shifting my home to chennai from bangalore. I raised a request on **th of June ****. Still the ACT team from chennai was not taken any action to shift my connection. Also They didnt clarify the carry forward amount from bangalore. If i take new connection, the ACT team was saying the amount will be carry forwarded to my account. But no one is giving assurance in writing or any mail confirmation. My Bangalore connection was disconnected before the ACT team processed for shifting the new connection in Chennai. I am calling to the customer care for the past * days, but no one has given proper response. I need to shift the connection from bangalore to chennai along with the amount as i paid for *months.
