Act Fibernet went non functional since *th December of **** and there has been no proper response from their side. A ticket was opened in their app and complaint was lodged. But they just kept on pushing the date and hours one by one. And now it’s gonna be * weeks and still no sign of any repair works. I was fully reliant on this network for my work , my kids education and other Tv entertainment etc. so because of their poor service and non existent network, I had to change to a new service provider for my work. And I had already paid for * more months of ACT Fibernet. I need a proper refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
