Nelson Mahilaraj filed complaint against Act Fibernet Chennai on Nov 1, 2023
I got ACT connection on Sept *th, and asked them to disconnect it on *th Oct in between twice a week the Net service will go down. The customer care said that they will refund the amount and to surrender the router. I did after that they said they won't give refund if i want can use the internet for the said period. but still they didn't provide the router. Just keep on rescheduling the date and time of delivery. No action has been taken. it was more than ** days.
