Hi, I have been facing network issues from December *nd of ****. I’m from Chennai, Assisi nagar, Madhavaram. We had Cyclone on *rd and *th of December in Chennai so there was no internet connection and it is understandable. But up until today December **, **** the Wi-Fi is not working. I have raised query regarding this on December *th **** under ticket#SR************** and the tat is **hrs due to cyclone. I have been contacting the customer service and could not get a definite answer when the issue will be resolved and they cannot transfer to supervisor and also cannot provide the engineer’s contact who is working on the field as well. Even sometimes I was hung up without completing my call.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
