I am Ravichandran…
Act internet has not been working for me since December *th.
For the same, I opened ticket SR************** on December *th, however it was closed without resolved the issue on December *th.
On December *th, I reopened the ticket; on December **th, it was closed again.
Before they closed, no one gave me a call to ask how things were going. I am unable to open it more than once.
When I called customer service on December **th, I asked them to reopen this issue, but they informed me that it had been permanently closed and could not be opened.
I find the manner you are managing consumer complaints to be quite frustrating.
Even when I reopened the case for the first time, none of your technical or support staff ever called.
My problem hasn't been fixed since December *th and is still open as of December **rd.
I am aware that there might be a significant technical issue as a result of the Chennai cyclone, but I'm worried about why my ticket was closed and why the technical team did not contact me to ask about the problem statement when I reopened it.
I have been having problems for one month, and there has been no resolution. It is ***% impacting my office works (I’m working from home).
On December **, I sent an email surrendering my connection, and I also created a customer care ticket for the same. As of today, December **, none of the ACT representatives have contacted me or begun to handle my request for surrender. I've been phoning customer service on the **th every day, and they claim the next level team will get in touch with you, but that hasn't happened.
I paid my December connection in advance, and I would like ACT to acknowledge my surrender and promptly process the balance of my December account. Please help me.
