I called customer care of Videocon d*h on **th Jan **** to choose the new pack as per TRAI guidelines. I was assured that it will get activated on *st Feb. So I recharged my account as per new pack on *nd Feb. And then after using it for ** days, my d*h services were suspended. Balance in my account was zero. And when I called customer care on **th Feb to my surprise my new pack want to be activated at all and I was being charged as per my last pack. When I escalated the issue after minimum ** calls my complaint was registered on **th Jan and it was supposed to be resolved on **st Feb and it's not yet resolved. I have called customer care for more than ** times and I have all the call recordings with me. So to talk to customer care representative once I had to call a minimum ** times. So you can understand how frustrated I am. Every time I call them they say it will be resolved by EOD but it hasn't been resolved yet. I will appreciate if anyone can help me to sue this company.
