Extremely toxic poisonous smell is coming from my Samsung *.* ton Split Invertor AC. The toxic smell is present both in AC mode and Fan mode. I contacted Samsung customer multiple times. Their engineer visited us but same strong toxic smell is present even now. Finally they are saying that they will not send service engineer anymore and will NOT resolve this issue. Their service engineer told me to book a Urban Clap to do a Water wash of AC. They also told that they feel some issue with internal coil of AC and I will have to pay EXTRA CHARGE to change the coil and they also don't know the exact root cause of the toxic smell. Why should I pay for coil replacement when the product is already under warranty?? Samsung customer care also told that they will close this ticket as their service engineer told that the AC is working fine. How can they say that the AC is working fine when it is emitting poisonous gas??
The smell is so toxic that I feel sick by just smelling it for a minute. Earlier when the issue happened I had felt breathlessness and extreme nausea due to inhaling that smell for half an hour. This is extremely shocking and disappointing experience with Samsung.
