Hi, I took a travel package and paid *.** lakhs. Over and above I paid for booking flights to Bali as that’s not part of package so paid **k in December **** for flights on **th feb ****. Two days before flight they confirmed that tickets are not booked since some technical issue and this was only after weekly follow ups with country holidays travel team. Now we have been following up since February for refund of tickets money paid to them which is not delivered to us. Till date, there is no confirmation on when will ticked amount be refund to us. I have realised that this company is a total fraud
