They had contacted me that I win lucky draw for free * nights stay, movie tickets etc. They insisted me for meeting on *st March ****. I met them then they had introduced their holidays products. During presentation, they informed us many countries including countries of Europe like Switzerland, Germany, Holland, etc. They also said that when I pay payment through credit card, the forst EMI will start after ** days. Based on their details, we had purchased their product and paid Rs. ***,*** through credit card. I asked them to provide all details. They sent me name of Countries and I found that they have European properties only in Spain, Austria, UK and Malta. When, I asked them that they had informed other European Countires, they said that they will provide current name of Countries, which I never received from them even after many reminders. Also, they have deducted the first EMI only in * days. Their behaviour change after I purchased the product. They have given me wrong information. I requested them to cancel my booking and refund the payment. They said payment is non refundable. I want to cancel my booking and want refund of my money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
