Country Holidays Inn & Suites - Need refund of my money as have not opted for any membership plan

I visited their Country Holidays webinar/office in Vivanta sector ** Dwarka to know about their membership plans on **th Jan basis their invite. People there e.g. Shivam, Ajay and Mohit Saini explained me the plan and then converted ******/- into EMIs and took ***** as down payment without my consent to your pathetic membership. When they brought me the agreement and I read it completely, few major offers and commitments were missing that they had explained. I negated to go ahead and to take membership as I didn't want to continue. Told them to reverse the amount and didn't sign the the agreenent too. However they said no to reverse the transactions.

Customer service people are of no use as they have the scripts to read nor they listen to or resolve customer concerns.

Now I have filed a police complaint against these fraudsters. There are many people who are victim of these fraudsters. Anyone who wants to join the legal action with me can contact me on **********.
