Vinay Sachdeva filed complaint against Country Holidays Inn & Suites on Aug 24, 2023
They charged membership after giving false promises that they'll provide *-* start hotels in all parts of country etc etc but factually they don't provide the booking when required. Further, membership should have been extended due to covid period since no booking was provided by CHIS during that period.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
