I have booked a ticket Roundtrip in MMT (MakeMyTrip.com) for my manager on *nd April'** from Chennai to Delhi on *th May'** and return *th May'** Delhi to Chennai. I have selected the timings as *:** Am for *th May and *:** Pm for *th May but due to some error from MMT application or some server issue from them they have generated the ticket with same timings for return trip also which is *:** to *:** for both the dates. I called MMT helpline within ** hours to inform the issue, but they aren't accepting it and saying booking log's show at * o'clock. I'm telling them that the issue from their end, but they are not accepting it and asking me the charges for the date change. But it’s not a date change it's for the same day and price is also the same. I have the screenshot for that invoice and tickets also attached you can check the timings it's mentioned same timings *:** Am arrival. Please check and help me to take further to sue them for this mistake.
