* international tickets Chennai to New Jersey USA were booked on Air India through Cleartrip. the Reference Ticket number ************* with PNR JV*QE and Ticket number ************* with PNR JV***. Cleartrip sent a mail on February **th **** that these tickets were cancelled and amount will be credited to account in *-** working days. still the amount is not credited. I contacted Air India and they confirmed that refund is processed from their side on Jan **th ****. I am not able to contact Cleartrip and mails to their customer support email id reply with the following message : "It looks like you are trying to reach our customer support team. Our customer support has moved completely online.
For any new support request / query, please visit https://www.cleartrip.com/support/ or login to your Cleartrip account to raise a support request." On going to their website support it asks for trip id and throws me out saying it is not valid although I put in valid trip id and email id. There is no phone number to call them either. Need help to get the refund processed at the earliest. Thanks
