I booked a ticket on redbus which for some reason i got to reschedule. Cutoff time for reschedule was ** AM and i applied for reschedule on *.** yet due to some system issue. I was not alloted rescheduled ticket. Their customer support system is very poor. No executive number is mentioned. Only pre recorded messages. No email grievance platform. When i reached out to their Help section it shows there are no bookings. So no support from there too. Now ill have to cancel the ticket and suffer **% loss
