I had booked an international return ticket through ‘Make My Trip’ portal. The booking details are as follows –

The above ticket was issued by Make My Trip after schedule change for Booking ID-NN*************.

The Corona Pandemic affected the travel because of lock down and shutting down of airline operations. Accordingly, this scheduled travel could not be taken by us. I enquired with the airline whether the ticket can be kept open for future travel. Airline agreed and sent a mail mentioning the extension of validity of the ticket first till May **** and subsequently up to September ****. Please find attached both the mails received from Airline.
Now we would like to travel to USA and I enquired with airline for the validation of ticket for travel in the month of April ****. Airline informed us that the third party, here, ‘Make My Trip’ has suspended the ticket so reissuance of ticket is not possible from Airline. I called up “make My Trip’ customer care (number **** *** ****) to know the status of my ticket. But they are not giving me any information and keep telling me that they will contact within ** to ** hrs after the call. This has happened twice in the last ** days. I have NOT asked ‘Make My Trip’ to cancel/suspend my ticket and neither they have refunded any amount. I am waiting for a response from Make My Trip either to issue a rescheduled ticket for travel or refund the entire amount.
