Jeffy Mathew filed complaint against Redbus on May 31, 2018
I've tried to book ticket via redbus, after multiple transaction failure, I got my tickets booked. But one of the transactions with rs ****.* hasn't been refunded yet. Even if a complaint has been raised to redbus, no action has been taken yet. Since the transactions got cancelled at redbus level without completing a booking, I only have my bank statements to prove it, by matching with the redbus tickets
