I tried to book a return ticket from Delhi to Toronto (costing *.**L) through the Easemytrip website. The money got debited from my account, and I received a message saying that payment is successful but booking status is pending. Later on I got to know that the booking was failed due to some "technical issue".
I have reached out to the customer support service MULTIPLE times, and each time would receive false reassurances that I would receive an update by the end of the day or next day. But have not yet received any update.
A huge sum of money is now stuck, I don't know where to go, even if I end up getting back the money, and re-booking, I will have to face much higher fares due to the delay in booking.
The people at Easemytrip don't care to even get back, and take no responsibility for the distress faced by customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
