Jaydeep Trivedi filed complaint against Redbus on Jan 16, 2020
I booked a ticket on **th January **** for a bus leaving on **th January from Jamnagar to Pune.
The payment was done using Paytm UPI. The money was deducted from my bank account.
However, there was a technical difficultly on Redbus application. After this, I tried to reach out to Redbus but they have no human support system and has only Autobots which kept on insisting they didn't receive the payment. I got in touch with Paytm and confirmed that the payment was indeed successful. I have attached screenshots of the technical error shown on Redbus as well as their replies stating that they haven't received the payment.
