I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received while booking a flight from New Delhi to Amsterdam through Cleartrip. Despite the PNR being issued by Lufthansa, the flight was operated by Air India, which caused significant problems at the airport, with Cleartrip being the mute spectator after taking the money.
Upon arrival, my wife and I were refused boarding by Air India staff, who claimed they could not locate our ticket details in their system. We were advised to contact Lufthansa or Cleartrip for assistance, but despite numerous attempts to reach Cleartrip customer care, we received no help beyond being advised to contact Lufthansa.
Despite trying to reach Lufthansa for three hours, I was unable to get through to any employee at the airport, and there was no one available to assist me. As a result, I was left with no choice but to purchase new tickets from the Air India counter at a cost of approximately *.**L. This experience caused immense emotional distress and suffering for both myself and my wife at New Delhi Airport.
