Budget Air - Ticket confirmation

After completing the booking BIN-******* it says I will receive the e-tickets for the flight within ** hrs and the flight is at ** hrs from now. I have to travel to New Delhi from Chandigarh which is * hrs away when I am not sure whether my ticket will be confirmed or not.
