Refund is not yet received
We had booked * tickets and then we had to cancel one ticket.
By mistake they had cancelled all * passengers flight tickets and then issued new ticket for * people I am yet to receive refund for one passenger it has been more than one month
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
