Budget Air - Refund for airline ticket Budgetair com

I had booked a ticket on Budgetair.com on **.**.**** for Patna-Thiruvananthapuram. I received a mail on **.**.**** from Budgetair.com that the scheduled flight is cancelled. On contacting customer support agent (Anne) they confirmed that the flight is canceled via mail and refund is being processed. (dated **.**.** time *:** pm IST)
I booked an alternative flight after reviewing the confirmation mail and talk to customer support.
I received another mail regarding the flight was back on schedule and thus cancellation request is cancelled via mail. (dated **.**.** time: *:** am IST)
On the basis of above mentioned facts Budgetair solely responsible for miscommunication their end.
