Budget Air - No cancellation of flight

I booked an Air India flight from Dubai to Indore(MP) which is on **th March ****. I needed to cancel the flight. I tried but I couldn't cancel on Budget air website. I booked * tickets. There was Cancel button but nothing was happening. This is the worst website for flight booking. Please help me out.
