We had a flight back in January from Blr to Ghy which we could not board because I caught Covid. As per the govt rules, the refund was done by the Airlines to Budget Air through whom I had booked the ticket. Airlines had confirmed that the refund was done way back in March.
Since then, after incessant follow ups, I have only received scripted replies from the non-functional customer service of Budget Air. They kept it delaying and delaying without an iota of shame and professionalism
Last week, they suddenly asked for my bank details telling that they are not able to refund to the source of pay. This is ridiculous as they could have said it months back. It only shows their gross indifference to the customer. Now that I have provided the bank details, I keep getting played with the same old delay tactics again. I have run out of patience and I am therefore seeking help via this platform. The tickets and invoice is uploaded which has the booking reference details.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
