I had booked a return ticket from Pune to Bhopal, onward for **/**/** and return for **/**/**. MMT informed me that Pune bhopal sector had been cancelled by the airline so i choose to cancel that sector only. I clearly checked the box of onward only for cancellation but the company canceled the entire trip.
I called them immediately ( within two minutes). I was assured that they will hold the cancellation. I called them several times thereafter but every time the story changed. One of their higher level staff said that since the ticket had same PNR it got automatically canceled for round trip. while some one else gave me a different PNR and said that I can board BHOPAL PUNE. When I checked this PNR I didn’t find any booking. The PNR given was ***TCV where as my original PNR was YE*JS and ticket no. ***-**********
I asked them if that was the case they should have given me caution before cancelling.
I am ** year old student and cannot afford to loose this amount.
