Redbus - Ticket booking but bus is not available at the time of boarding

I had ticket booked on *june **** from guntur to visakhapatnam.on sreekaleswari travels from redbus app.but the boarding time and place in mentioned above ticket is wrong.the bus operators contact numbers and timings are wrong. I called bus driver number he said to me this travels company are closed since *years.they are cheated me and redbus also nor respond. Redbus customers are also cheated me.so please be taken action and refund my amount as early as possible
