I reserved a redbus ticket for travel from Ballary to Hyderabad on October *, ****, however I had to reschedule the trip to September **, ****, due to a change in plans. Despite this, I am unable to travel due to an unforeseen family issue.
I attempted to cancel the ticket because I was unable to travel, but it was unsuccessful. I even informed the RedBus service, but they refused.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
