I booked a malindo airlines flight in April through ease my trip's website but flight got rescheduled so I had to cancel that. I waited for ** days for refund and after that I contacted the airlines they said they had sent the refund to the travel agent on *th May. I am contacting the ease my trip's customer care from last ** days but they are not refunding the amount, everytime they are saying they'll resolve the matter in ** hrs but no solution is provided. Please help.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
