My relative sent me a courier from Kerala to Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
Courier id : D********. Today morning from the Jalgaon office I got a call from mobile number (**********) this number that I have to collect from the Jalgaon office as there is no service to deliver in Jalgaon at my address.
Now my home is in Jalgaon and not outside also all other couriers and postal couriers are coming at doorstep. If DTDC does not provide home service then why did you take my order?
I requested the Jalgaon office guy to deliver at my home as my home is not far and other couriers are coming but he said if I don't collect from the office he will send it back to Kerala.
It was harishment to me to go near about **km and collect it .
What kind of service is this? I want to complain about this in Consumer court in a couple of days.
